The workshop
A workshop run by people who care
You get honest advice and clear pricing: an estimate before any work starts, and anything found along the way explained.
How it works
From your first message to handover, the same simple process every time.
Book it in
Message us, enquire online or visit the workshop. We confirm a slot, and the work is priced on an estimate before it starts.
Diagnose & estimate
We inspect, diagnose and send you a clear estimate. Nothing is done without your go-ahead.
Fix & road test
The work you agreed is carried out, and the car road tested where the job calls for it.

Servicing questions
Which service does my car need?
It depends on the car's age, mileage and when it was last serviced. As a guide, an interim service suits high mileage drivers between full services, a full service is the yearly one for most cars, and a major service adds the items due every couple of years. Tell us the car and its history and we tell you which.
What is included in each service?
The table above lists what each one covers. Every car is priced on its own, so we send you an estimate for yours before any work starts.
How do I book a service?
Request an estimate in your account with your registration and the service you want, or message us. Once you accept it, you choose your drop-off day in your account.
Will servicing here affect my manufacturer warranty?
We service to the manufacturer's schedule and stamp your service record. Whether a warranty claim is accepted is up to the manufacturer.
Which parts do you use?
We choose the parts we fit: genuine parts, parts of original equipment quality, or other parts suitable for your car. Ask us if you would like to know which were used.
Do you stamp my service record?
Yes. We stamp or update your service record when the service is done.
Do I get a report on my car?
Yes. With a service you get a report of what we checked: what needs doing now, what to keep an eye on, and what was fine. It records what we could see and test at the time.
What if the service finds something else?
We do not do it without your go-ahead. We send you an estimate for it in your account, and if your car is still with us when you accept, we do it on the same visit where possible.
How long does a service take?
It depends on the service and the car. You choose a day when you book, and we email and text you when the car is ready to collect.
Can I wait while my car is serviced?
For smaller jobs, yes. For anything longer, drop the car off and we let you know when it is ready.
