2.1 The information on this website is general information about our services and the vehicles we sell. It is not advice about your particular vehicle, and it does not replace an inspection. What we agree to do for you is set out in your estimate.

2.2 We keep the website accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but we cannot promise that everything on it is complete or current at every moment. Prices for work are given in estimates for the vehicle in front of us, and nothing on this website is a fixed price for work unless it says so. The price of a vehicle for sale is the price in its listing, as our Vehicle Sales Terms explain.

2.3 Vehicles shown for sale may be sold before a listing is removed. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell.

2.4 Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. Work is agreed when you accept an estimate, and a vehicle sale when we both agree it.

3.1 You may use the website for your own personal or business purposes in dealing with us.

3.2 You must not: use it in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent; try to get into any part of it, its servers or any account that is not yours; introduce viruses or anything else harmful; collect information from it by automated means; or send us anything offensive, untrue or that you do not have the right to send.

3.3 We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the website for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults. Use up to date security software on your own devices.
